My Approach
Therapy can be one of the most powerful healing techniques and I do not subscribe to one type of modality. I believe that everyone is individual and that one type of therapy does not work for everyone.
Therapy Modalities
I utilize multiple modalities to meet my clients where they are every session. My goal is to allow my clients space to learn to recognize their emotions and their needs and help them find a voice to be able to ask for what they need.

The most important part of therapy is meeting someone where they are emotionally without judgement!
Healing work cannot be done when someone feels judged or does not trust who they are talking to. My goal is to meet each of my clients where they are and give them permission to feel what they are feeling and help them walk through those feelings to find resolution.
